French Toast Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 packs of 8-count cinnamon rolls (I love Pillsbury!)

  • 1/4 cup of Butter

  • 2 Eggs

  • ½ cup of Heavy Cream

  • ¼ cup of Flour

  • 2 tsp of Cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

  • Pinch of nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take a 9x12 baking dish and melt 1/4 cup of butter in the bottom of the pan.

While the butter is melting in the oven, grab a big bowl and whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, flour, cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, and vanilla. Now take the two packs of store-bought cinnamon rolls and cut each cinnamon roll into fourths. Put the quartered cinnamon rolls into the bowl with the mixture. Gently toss to coat really well.

Now pour the coated cinnamon rolls and mixture into your baking dish and cook for about 18-22 minutes depending on your oven! Warm the icing from the pack and pour it on top.
