While in my freshman year at Samford University, I joined the a capella group on campus. One day, I was talking to a girl on the bus from a competition and she was also from Georgia so naturally, we became fast friends. That girl was Karen Fairchild and the rest is history! It’s crazy to think back to those two young girls on the bus that day. The early days of us becoming a band are so special to think back on. We knew it was meant to be when Jimi and Philip came along . I cannot believe that we are celebrating 25 years as Little Big Town!

I’ve been around music for as long as I can remember. Both of my parents are musically talented. My daddy has the most beautiful voice and sang in our church. My earliest memories singing on stage were with him on Sunday mornings- it was just the best! My mama played the organ for the church and so we were at the church every time the doors were open! My brother and sister can also sing so it’s definitely in our family.
