Blueberry Lemon Cobbler
INGREDIENTS:
1 stick of butter
1.5 pints of bluberries
1 lemon
1 1/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
3/4 cup of milk
instructions:
Before I begin mixing and as the oven is heating, I put my dish in the oven with 1 stick of butter.
Start by warming your blueberries and about 1/3 cup of sugar on the stove. Then, you’ll add some lemon zest and lemon juice- I usually eyeball this but just remember a little can go a long way.
Set aside and move on to your cobbler batter by mixing flour, the remaining 1 cup of sugar and milk.
Pour batter over your melted butter dish, then spoon your blueberry mixture on top of the batter. No need to do any mixing!
You’ll bake on 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
